Former Clinic building, now community cottage.

The Taroona Community Cottage (formerly the Taroona Child Health Clinic) is available for hire.
The cottage is suitable for small groups, and is particularly popular for children's birthday parties as it is situated in the fenced area which includes the Taroona Park Playground.

The cottage has 3 small rooms. There are 9 chairs, tables, and fixed bench seating in the middle room

There is also a single toilet and handbasin. The kitchenette has a microwave oven only and a small fridge. There are some mugs, plates and cutlery and an electric kettle.

 Cottage hire is $20 per session.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• The playground is a public playground for everyone and cannot be booked for exclusive use.
• The electric BBQ outside the hall is operated from within the Hall and is therefore not available with cottage hire.

Brief history of the old clinic building (ie the cottage)

The Community Cottage is under the management of the Taroona Community Hall Management Committee.
